The role of IT in an academic environment is multi-threaded including support, training, and consulting. Leveraging IT’s consulting role to reduce process costs, improve efficiencies and deploy innovative solutions for the challenges of the faculty staff and students is key to the success of the modern academic institution. In addition to providing day-to-day operation and support of services and our users, the MLML iTech staff are constantly engaged in numerous projects to expand and improve the Academic Technology and Services that support MLML’s core teaching and research activities. |
